The unit is located on the 13th floor of the Viva Jaco project, it has 2 elevators, a clubhouse with living area and playground, Coworking with AC, recreational ranch with sink and BBQ.
Gym with AC, Swimming pools (Hours from 7am to 10pm).

Room 1: Queen size bed, air conditioning and TV, with full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, air conditioning and TV.
Living/dining room with AC, TV and full bathroom and sofa bed

The unit is approximately 500 meters from the beach.

It has an inventory of items, which is checked before check-in, and will be checked after check-out.

*Your condo includes basic toiletries. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need additional toiletries, such as toilet paper or hand soap.

*Towels and lines: The unit has a set number of bath and pool towels based on maximum occupancy. The unit has a semi-automatic washing machine (lavaseca) where you can wash towels at your convenience, but it is a little slow.

*Electricity: Costa Rica is very Eco-Friendly, we ask that if you are not in your condo, please turn off the lights and air conditioners. This helps keep the cost of rates down and helps preserve our beautiful environment.
