The deposit can be used towards the rental of the same unit within 12 months. $125 fee if the cancelation is made 30 or more days prior to arrival date NO-SHOW, 100% Charge. No refundable.
*Should this property become untenable or unavailable due to unforeseen events, acts of God, or the sale of the rental property, Jaco Paradise Costa Rica reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations without liability. Upon notification of the change, you will be given the opportunity to cancel with no penalty should the new arrangements not be acceptable.
